Physio Flow Yoga Level 1

Mondays : 9:30am

 

This class will focus on basic postures, alignment & breath and will break down the yoga flow and the poses while cultivating body awareness.  It will allow students to develop their practice at a comfortable pace while still reaping all the benefits of yoga.

 

Physio Flow Yoga Level 2

Tuesdays: 9:30am 

 

This class is taught in the Vinyasa Flow style (linking movement with breath) – from the core. Learn great alignment principles while engaging in a vigorous asana (posture) sequence designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility from your personal power centre.   Each week there is a different theme, where focus is put on specific postures to opening, lengthening, stretch & strengthening. Get ready to rock the mat!

 

LSD ~ Long, Slow & Deep Yin Yoga

Tuesdays:  12:00pm

 

The essence of Yin Yoga is surrender.  Yin focuses on postures that lengthen the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, and lower back. Students typically hold these postures for 3-10 minutes.  Since a Yin Yoga practice often includes several long, seated forward bending postures, it also restores energy and calms the nervous system. Pure bliss!  This class is for everyone!

 

Kick back Karma Yoga

Once a month Sunday:  19:30

 

Community Charity Yoga by donation.  Once a month usually on the 2nd or 3rd Sunday.  Check out the Monthly calendar for exact date each month.  This is your opportunity to give back.  Do something great for yourself while at the same time making a difference for someone less fortunate.
